Radiologic Technologist - PRN

CRHC is looking for PRN (as needed, no guarantee of hours) candidates.  Applicants must be graduates of an AMA approved radiologic technology program with a current Iowa license as a Medical Radiographer. Must be flexible with call rotation and willing to cross train in CT modality and/or Mammography. Ability to work independently and efficiently under normal and/or emergency circumstances.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited program or school of nursing with a current certification or license to practice in the State of Iowa.  (or must be willing to obtain Iowa license upon hire). Prior experience with CPSI and a minimum of one year prior experience in a rural heathcare setting or provider clinic strongly desired.  Must be willing to multi-task effectively and efficiently, be flexible and work an occasional Saturday.

Emergency/Inpatient Medical Director and Physician

Provides direct health services to emergency room patients and inpatients of the hospital. Performs medical diagnostic, therapeutic and clinical management functions using current protocols or guidelines consistent with the provider’s training and experience, and/or follows protocols formulated and passed by the Medical Staff and Board of the Clarinda Regional Health Center.  Diagnoses medical conditions, plans and implements interventions and evaluates patient responses. Supervises ARNPs and PAs who provide care in the ER, including chart reviews.  Provides medical leadership to the emergency and inpatient departments that results in meeting and exceeding the standard of care and improving quality and safety of patient care.

Resource/Transitional Coach RN

Candidates must have current RN license to practice in the State of Iowa (or be willing to obtain upon hire).  This position serves as a resource for the patient, families & health team members to help patients transition to a lower level of care outside the hospital setting.  Identifies educational needs of medical & nursing staff through chart/charge review.  Serves as an EMR super user for the Medical/Surgical and ER departments.3-5 years prior nursing experience in an acute hospital setting & 2 years of successful teaching/coordinating or Case Management preferred.

Director of Clinics

This position will have responsibility for the daily operations of a busy provider based rural clinic as well as our specialty clinic which hosts 22 visiting practitioners each month, and a Rural Health Clinic (RHC). The Director of Clinics is responsible for promoting high standards of practice through development of policies, protocols and practice guidelines; participating in rigorous performance improvement monitoring and staff education. Directs, monitors, and maintains effective department operations to insure effective and efficient department performance and high quality service in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Clarinda Regional Health Center. Candidates must have the ability to work with physicians, mid-levels and front line staff in a collaborative manner. LEAN management experience helpful. Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required along with a minimum of 1-3 years prior management experience. This position will be a member of the hospital Leadership Team.
