Radiologic Technologist - PRN

CRHC is looking for PRN (as needed, no guarantee of hours) candidates.  Applicants must be graduates of an AMA approved radiologic technology program with a current Iowa license as a Medical Radiographer. Must be flexible with call rotation and willing to cross train in CT modality and/or Mammography. Ability to work independently and efficiently under normal and/or emergency circumstances.

40 hour, full time opening on the Med/Surg floor.  Primary hours will be Monday - Friday 5 am - 1:30 pm and 7 - 3:30 pm every other weekend. Emergency/Inpatient Medical Director and Physician

Provides direct health services to emergency room patients and inpatients of the hospital. Performs medical diagnostic, therapeutic and clinical management functions using current protocols or guidelines consistent with the provider’s training and experience, and/or follows protocols formulated and passed by the Medical Staff and Board of the Clarinda Regional Health Center.  Diagnoses medical conditions, plans and implements interventions and evaluates patient responses. Supervises ARNPs and PAs who provide care in the ER, including chart reviews.  Provides medical leadership to the emergency and inpatient departments that results in meeting and exceeding the standard of care and improving quality and safety of patient care.

Director of Clinics

This position will have responsibility for the daily operations of a busy provider based rural clinic as well as our specialty clinic which hosts 22 visiting practitioners each month, and a Rural Health Clinic (RHC).  Position has a seat on the Leadership Team and will be responsible for promoting high standards of practice through the development of policies, protocols and practice
guidelines; participating in rigorous performance improvement monitoring and staff education.  Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with medical providers as well as motivate direct staff in a professional manner. A minimum of three years prior management experience required, with five years strongly desired. Knowledge of a provider based clinic or rural health clinic strongly preferred. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a health related field or business.
