Medical Technologist

Candidates must possess a degree in Medical Technology, Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior phlebotomy experience required.  Previous experience as a generalist in a hospital setting strongly desired.  Working knowledge of HIS/LIS systems preferred.

CRHC is looking for a full time RN to join our healthcare team.  Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to work in the State of Iowa, or be willing to obtain Iowa licensure. a Minimum of 1 year previous experience in an Emergency department is strongly desired. If no prior ER experience, must be willing to orient and work the ER following orientation. BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required (or must be willing to obtain at first available offering).

HIM Coder

Full time position as a coder.  Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Registered Health Informaiton Technician (RHIT) preferred.  Knowledge of ICD-10 strongly desired.  Five years experience in a hospital/medical clinic setting also preferred.

Nurse Coordinator

Under the direction of the Med-Surg/ER Manager, the Nurse Coordinator will supervise, administer policies, monitor quality and provide leadership to the nursing staff.  Assumes responsibility for the departmental operations in the absence of the Med-Surg/ER Manager.  Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a minimum ADN and a current RN license in Iowa or a compact state. BSN preferred. (If not currently licensed in Iowa, must be willing to apply for Iowa license within 5 days of hire and obtain Iowa license within 6 months of hire). Minimum 2 years prior hospital supervisory experience as well as a minimum of 2 years prior emergency room and/or critical care experience desired.  BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP & TNCC certifications necessary, or must be willing to obtain.  This full time opening is a night position.

Med/Surg-ER Nurse Manager

This full time, management level position, is responsible for all aspects of the nursing care areas, including Medical/Surgical and ER units.  A minimum of three years prior management level experience is required. Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to) staffing, communicating with staff, medical providers and administration. BSN prepared RNs preferred.

Radiologic Technologist

Graduate of an AMA approved radiologic technology program. Iowa license for Medical Rediographer. Must be flexible with call rotation and willing to cross train in CT modality and/or Mammography. Ability to work independently and efficiently under normal and/or emergency circumstances.

Full time night position for candidates licensed as a Paramedic in Iowa (or must be willing to obtain Iowa licensure upon hire).  ACLS, NRP, BLS, PALS, CCP are minimum requirements.  Community Paramedicine education and experience preferred.  Must have (or be willing to obtain upon hire) Iowa Class D or higher driver's license.

CRHC is looking for a PRN pharmacist to join our healthcare team.  Candidates must be graduates of an ACPE-accredited school of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD pharmacy degree, and be currenlty licensed in the state of Iowa (or willing to obtain Iowa license).  Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred.
