Nominate a CRHC Nurse for the Daisy Award

Nominations are being accepted for Clarinda Regional Health Center’s annual Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nursing. The Daisy Award is an international program that rewards and celebrates the extraordinary, compassionate, and skillful care given by nurses every day. Since 2012, CRHC has been a Daisy Award Partner, recognizing one nurse with this special honor each year. Patients, visitors, nurses, physicians, or employees may nominate a deserving RN, LPN, ARNP, or CRNA throughout the month of April.

The Daisy Award honorees personify Clarinda Regional Health Center’s exceptional patient experience. These nurses consistently demonstrate excellence through their clinical expertise and extraordinary compassionate care. They are recognized as outstanding role models in our nursing community. Previous CRHC Daisy Award recipients include Julie Madison, Kathey Burwell, Shirley Long and Karie Martin.

To nominate your extraordinary CRHC nurse, simply fill out a nomination form which can be located in our front lobby or download the form here.

Completed nominations may be placed in the nomination box in the front lobby at CRHC or may be mailed to 220 Essie Davison Drive, Clarinda, IA 51632. For more information on the Daisy Award, please contact Renee Nauman, CRHC Med-Surg/ER Manager, at 712-542-1768.
