CRHC offers a Phase ll Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation program, as well as a Phase lll maintenance program for those who want to continue with an exercise regimen.

Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation is designed to assist individuals with recovery from a "heart event." Whether you have experienced a heart attack, balloon angioplasty, stent placement bypass surgery, or heart transplant, our staff stands ready to help you with your rehabilitation regime.

Our Registered Nurses are certified in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and will help you understand your "heart event", how to rehabilitate from the event, and what you can do to minimize the risk of another occurrence. Individualized consultations can include an exercise program, advising on a proper diet, a weight loss plan, or a smoking cessation strategy – all based on your health history and cardiac risk factors.

Our Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation Department utilizes treadmills, stationary bicycles, weights, resistance bands and several other pieces of equipment.

We offer Pulmonary Rehabilitation service for those who have COPD or any other respiratory condition. The staff will develop and guide you through an exercise plan to help you gain strength. A respiratory therapist is available to educate you on proper ways to cope with or overcome your respiratory condition.

A physician referral is needed for all Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation services.
