Maddie is a Wellness Specialist at Clarinda Regional Health Center. She provided services including personal training to both community members and CRHC employees. Her role also includes leading group fitness classes, developing speed and agility camps, and assisting in community wellness events.
Maddie is a Clarinda High School graduate that continued her education at Central College in Pella, Iowa where she obtained a degree in Exercise Science. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and skill levels to improve their overall health and wellness. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys being with her family and friends.
