Axel Bouchard, Ph.D., is a Licensed Psychologist & Clinical Neuropsychologist who began his practice at Clarinda Mental Health Center in February of 2021. He received his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed his residency at the Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska. As a Neuropsychologist, Dr. Bouchard is able to complete evaluations for adults and adolescents on any mental health issues or concerns, assess cognitive functions, and provide outpatient psychotherapy, therapies, and consulting. Dr. Bouchard has experience in private practice, rehabilitation hospitals, and rural medicine.
