Your Patient Portal MyCareCorner

How to Get Started with MyCareCorner


1. Provide us with your email address when you check in at Clarinda Regional Health Center or at any of our community clinics. You can create your personal account on your own after your visit. Just follow instructions in the email provided.

2. In your email invitation from Clarinda Regional Health Center & MyCareCorner there will be a special link to create your portal login using a unique username and password.

3. Validate your account using the registration code provided in your email. If you haven't received a registration code to your email inbox, please contact our IT Department by calling 712-542-1779 or email them at portal@clarindahealth.com.

Once these steps are complete you will then have 24/7, secure online access to our patient portal and your personal medical information!

  • I had a Patient Portal account, but haven't accessed MyCareCorner yet. Where do I start?

    The transition into using MyCareCorner should be easy if you know your login to your Patient Portal account. Log in to Patient Portal as normal. You will then receive a notification of the change to MyCareCorner and get an email into your inbox with instructions on the next steps.

  • I never had a Patient Portal account, but I want one now. What do I do?

    Great! MyCareCorner is very user-friendly. If you've recently visited CRHC or one of our clinics you should have an email in your inbox with instructions. If not, please contact our IT department at 712-542-1779 to get one. 



  • How do I get a link to sign into MyCareCorner?

    You should receive an email that contains information and a link when you check in to your appointment at CRHC, as long as we have your email address. Or if you log into your old Patient Portal account, you will be prompted to create new log-in for MyCareCorner.

  • How do I reach CRHC's IT department if I'm having issues logging in?

    If you have not set up a Patient Portal or MyCareCorner account with us you can call our IT Staff at (712) 542-1779 or email portal@clarindahealth.com during business hours of Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Any after-hour calls or emails will be returned the next business day. 


    If you reach out via email, please include the following information in your email:

    ►      Name

    ►      Date of Birth

    ►      Email address you want to be linked to your portal account
