Crystal Hopf, Pharm.D.

Crystal Hopf, Pharm.D., is the Director of Pharmacy at Clarinda Regional Health Center. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and has been a member of the CRHC team since 2007.

As Director of Pharmacy, Crystal oversees pharmacy operations throughout the hospital and clinics, including the Emergency Department, Medical Surgical Unit, Infusion and Oncology Clinic, Surgery Department, and EMS. She also manages CRHC's Anticoagulation Clinic, helping patients safely manage their anticoagulation therapy while working closely with providers to support positive health outcomes.

In addition to leading pharmacy operations, Crystal chairs the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, Antibiotic Stewardship Committee, Medication Safety Team, and 340B Oversight Committee.
