Ryan Ernst, Psy.D., MSCP,  is a prescribing psychologist specializing in neuropsychology and psychopharmacology. He began his practice with Clarinda Mental Health Center in 2020 when the clinic first opened for patient care. 

He earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and a Master’s Degree in Psychopharmacology from Alliant University in San Diego, California.  Dr. Ernst is board-certified by the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology.
