Kaitlin Card, ARNP, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clarkson College in May 2010 and began her career at Clarinda Regional Health Center in January 2015 as an RN in the Emergency Department. She has always enjoyed working in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and brings more than 15 years of nursing experience, including a strong background in flight nursing, trauma care, and rapid clinical assessment.


Kaitlin earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2025 and is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and supporting patients and their families during their most critical moments.


Kaitlin resides in Clarinda with her husband, Tony, and their two daughters, Penelope and Violet. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing, and relaxing at the lake.
