Pharmacist & Community Pharmacy Manager
Kylie Tate, Pharm.D., is a pharmacist at Clarinda Regional Health Center. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from South Dakota State University and has experience in both community and clinical pharmacy settings. Throughout her education and professional career, Kylie has provided medication counseling, immunizations, medication therapy management, anticoagulation management, and prescription support to help patients safely and effectively manage their medications.
Before joining CRHC, Kylie gained experience in other retail pharmacy settings. She also completed a variety of advanced clinical training experiences in infectious disease, ambulatory care, internal medicine, hospital pharmacy, poison control, and community pharmacy throughout Iowa and South Dakota.
