Muhammad Raza Naqvi, MD, FACP

Dr. Muhammad Raza Naqvi is a board-certified Medical Oncologist and Hematologist committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based cancer care. He brings more than a decade of experience across nationally recognized cancer programs, with expertise in GI and GU oncology, immunotherapy, hematologic disorders, and collaborative multidisciplinary cancer management.
Most recently, Dr. Naqvi served as a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Hilo Benioff Medical Center, where he led oncology and hematology services, supported quality-improvement initiatives, and contributed to chemotherapy protocol development for a new electronic medical record system.
He previously served as the Medical Director of ZahRaza Oncology Associates, providing telemedicine-based oncology care to underserved communities across the United States and SUNY Upstate University Hospital, where he directed the Urologic Oncology program and led the Head and Neck Oncology service line.
Dedicated to advancing cancer care, Dr. Naqvi has been actively involved in clinical trials, authored peer-reviewed publications, and presented research at national and international conferences. His work emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care and the thoughtful integration of emerging oncology innovations into everyday practice.
