Clarinda Regional Health Center (CRHC) is excited to announce a new, fun opportunity for local youth called M.A.S.H. Camp, a hands-on, educational experience for students entering 9th through 12th grades who are interested in exploring careers in the medical field.
Registration is available online on ClarindaHealth.com. The camp will be held every Wednesday in July 2025, beginning July 2 through July 30, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at CRHC. Emilee Haffner, CRHC CFO shares, “As a former intern at CRHC, I’m thrilled to see the launch of M.A.S.H Camp for youth in our community. M.A.S.H will be an excellent hands-on opportunity for students to explore all aspects of the healthcare field - clinical and nonclinical. My CRHC internship drove my passion for healthcare, and I'm eager to see this Camp spark the same inspiration for the next generation of healthcare professionals."
This is a free program, snacks will be provided, and each participant will receive a camp T-shirt. While lunch is not served, the half-day format allows students to remain engaged and energized throughout the morning. CRHC encourages students with a curiosity for science, health, or medicine to register early, as spaces are limited.
