FREE Sports Physicals At All CRHC Clinics This Summer

Clinics dates onsite at Clarinda High School available in July.
Clarinda Regional Health Center will offer FREE sports physicals for all student-athletes at our clinic locations in Clarinda, Bedford, and Villisca this summer! In coordination with the Clarinda Community School District, two clinic dates will be available onsite at Clarinda High School:
- Tuesday, July 21st from 9:00 am - 11:00 am @ Clarinda High School
- Wednesday, July 22nd from 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm @ Clarinda High School
- You can call CRHC at 712-542-8330 to schedule for clinic dates at CHS
Bring the following items with you for a sports physical at CRHC or CHS:
- Sports physical form (all 4 pages) from your school, with pages 1-2 filled out and pages 2 and 4 signed by the parent/guardian before the appointment.
- A consent to treat form signed by the parent/guardian. The consent form is attached to this packet, if a parent cannot be present during the Sports Physical visit. Otherwise, a consent form will be signed by a parent/guardian as normal upon check-in for an appointment at any of CRHC’s clinic locations.
- If the student-athlete wears corrective lenses (contact lenses or glasses), please wear them to the sports physical.
The importance of annual well-child checks cannot be overlooked! If you know your child needs immunizations or has a health concern to address, please schedule a well-child check and bring the sports physical paperwork to that visit for completion. A well-child visit is a more thorough exam that addresses things not covered at a sports physical, such as immunizations, medication prescribing or review, developmental and mental health assessments, and more. This visit would be billed to insurance and is typically covered by most insurance companies.

Clarinda Regional Health Center is excited to announce the upcoming opening of Glow Medical Aesthetics, a clinic of Clarinda Regional Health Center , coming to Clarinda this fall. Located at 300 N. 17th Street in Clarinda , Glow Medical Aesthetics will offer a variety of aesthetic and skincare services designed to help individuals feel confident and refreshed while receiving care close to home. Clarinda Regional Health Center invites the community to celebrate the opening of the Clarinda Regional Health–Community Pharmacy during an Open House on Tuesday, August 4, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Located at 210 Essie Davison Drive, Suite 1, Clarinda, Iowa, the Community Pharmacy officially opened on Monday, June 29, 2026, expanding access to convenient healthcare services for residents of Clarinda and the surrounding communities. Community members are encouraged to stop by during the open house to tour the pharmacy, meet the staff, learn about the services available, and enjoy light refreshments. The Community Pharmacy provides prescription services, medication counseling, prescription transfers, and convenient delivery services to help patients receive their medications safely and efficiently. The pharmacy is open to everyone, regardless of where they receive their healthcare services. The pharmacy expands access to convenient healthcare services for residents of Clarinda and the surrounding communities.
