The drive-thru Test Iowa Site will continue through the rest of the week with the following days and hours. More days and times for the upcoming weeks will be announced as needed.

Current CRHC Test Iowa Dates and times

Wednesday, June 3rd: 3:00-5:00 pm

Thursday, June 4th: 11:00-1:00 pm

Friday, June 5th: 9:00-11:00 am

The Test Iowa Initiative began back in April in an effort to expand testing capabilities to limit the spread of COVID-19 in Iowa. Appointments will be scheduled for those who have gone to TestIowa.gov website, taken the assessment and determined a COVID-19, or Coronavirus, screening should be taken. CRHC staff will perform the nasal swab while the patient remains in their car.

Earlier in May Gov. Kim Reynolds announced that anyone who wants a test can now get one. To do so, Iowans must take the online health assessment at testiowa.com. This process was developed in coordination with Iowa Department of Public Health and assessment questions include symptoms, exposure to COVID-19, occupation and travel.

Once the assessment has been completed, those who are interested in a test will be directed to make an appointment at any of the available Test Iowa sites. Clarinda Regional Health Center will be an available option. An email confirmation will be sent to each individual along with instructions. Appointments for CRHC drive-thru testing site will be made via telephone, by calling 712-542-8341.

CRHC will not be providing the results to those that participated or be the one contacting participants. Test Iowa will contact you with the outcome of your test results. Quarantine will be required for those that test positive. Those who have severe symptoms at the test site may be advised to go to CRHC’s emergency department.
